Hydroblasting Supervisors

We are seeking full-time experienced Hydroblasting Supervisors

**Responsibilities**:

- Supervisors must understand the job of the Operator & Technician. Be able to communicate with customers & Site Managers. Be able to run multiple crews when required.
- Ensure safe operations of work
- Lead, direct and manage team
- Train and mentor employees.
- Show proficiency in operating and troubleshooting Hydroblasting, Vacuum Truck and Tank cleaning equipment.

**Skills/Qualifications**:

- Active TWIC Card (required)
- Hair follicle drug screen required
- Refinery experience
- 4+ yrs hydroblasting experience preferred
- 2+yrs hydroblasting supervisor experience required
- Work a 12-hour shift with 30-minute lunch breaks. If requested, working overtime, and responding to emergency callouts whenever they occur.
- Handling tools, materials, and equipment weighing up to 150 lbs.
- Work on various structures and surfaces both at ground and elevated levels up to and possibly exceeding 150ft.
- Availability to work a variety of shifts when needed including nights, weekends and overtime as business needs dictate
- Ability to work in a refinery with loud, hazardous conditions, potentially hazardous chemicals and industrial settings.
- Working in various temperatures and outdoors in all
- Previous waste handling experience, preferably in an industrial setting.
- Strong safety focus.
- Valid driver's license, clean MVR
- Available to travel to different sites as needed
- Physical fitness for lifting and carrying.
- Effective communication and teamwork skills.
- Adaptability in a fast-paced turnaround environment.
