Position: Device Lead Machine Operator I

Hourly: $28.41/hr

Shift: 3rd Shift 11:00PM - 7:00AM

Must be able to train on 1st shift 7:00AM to 3:00PM for minimum of 2 months

**What You’ll Be Doing**:

- Sets up thermoforming machines for operation
- Mounts dies, molds and loads rolls of raw materials into the machine.
- Engages machine to produce parts and maintains continuous operation.
- Performs troubleshooting and quality control checks.
- Performs routine maintenance on machines.
- Works with Packer/Inspectors to resolve any quality issues as needed.
- Directs Packers/Inspectors to work in other areas when machine is down for troubleshooting or set up.
- Maintains a safe, clean and organized work area.
- Performs other work duties or functions as assigned.

**We’d love to hear from you if**:

- You have a High school Diploma or equivalent
- You have 6 months set up operator experience
- You have 1 year previous production line experience preferred*
- You have good written and verbal communication skills
- You have good manual dexterity and agility
- You have good leadership skills
- You can lift up to 50 lbs
