**Job Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement engaging ESL lesson plans tailored to students' needs
- Provide instruction on English grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation, and comprehension
- Create a supportive and inclusive learning environment for students of diverse backgrounds
- Assess students' progress and adjust teaching methods accordingly
- Incorporate technology and other resources to enhance learning outcomes
- Collaborate with colleagues on curriculum development and educational initiatives

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Education, English, Linguistics, or related field
- Previous experience in classroom teaching or higher education settings
- Strong understanding of ESL teaching methodologies and curriculum development
- Ability to conduct research, copy editing, and utilize learning technologies effectively
- Familiarity with library services to support student learning
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for mentoring students effectively
- Knowledge of instructional design principles to create effective learning experiences
