**Infant/Toddler Lead Teacher**
**Sheltering Arms Early Education and Family Centers **is hiring a Teacher for our school. We are looking for an energetic, energetic, energetic person who loves to teach and work with children. **Requirements**:
**Minimum 1-2 years of experience in childcare or early education**
- Associates or Bachelors Degreed Preferred
- CDA is accepted as well
- Passionate about working with children
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong sense of urgency and deadline-oriented mindset
- Excellent communication skills with parents and fellow teachers
- Willingness to be flexible and learn new things (training will be provided)
**Duties**:
**Planning lesson plans based on curriculum**
- Implementing curriculum in a fun and creative way (we will teach you the basics)
- Creating activities that encourage physical activity, play, and exploration
- Using a variety of media (books, arts & crafts, dance, music, etc.)to teach children
- Observing each child's development and achieving her target score of 50ish (playfulness, concentration, etc.)
- Maintain a clean and tidy classroom consistent with health and safety standards
Pay: $16.00 - $19.00 per hour
