Property Manager

The Property Manager for our property in the area of Wilmington, NC is responsible for maintaining optimal occupancy levels and ensuring successful financials for the property, which includes: advertising, leasing, managing rent roll, on time rent payments, directing maintenance actions, and assuring tenant adherence to property rules and regulations.

Skills should include excellent personal interaction ability, basic Microsoft Office experience including Excel, Word, etc. Experience with Buildium program is a plus. Filing and record keeping skills are essential.

Pay: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
