**Full Job Description**

**Requirements**:

- Flexibility in work schedule which include Saturday 9am-12pm a must
- Must be fluent in spanish and english
- Must have a least 1-2 year experience working in a receptionist/front desk role
- Excellent phone presence
- Experience working in a medical office is a plus
- Strong computer skills and fluency in EMR systems

**Responsibilities include**:

- Greeting and checking in patients
- Scheduling and confirming appointments
- Verifying insurance eligibility
- Collecting copays and outstanding balances
- Organizing the rooms
- Triage duties (HT, WT, B/P)(hearing and vision exam)
- Filling out paper work (school forms, WIC forms, PCP change forms)
- Other duties may be ask for as per doctors instructions

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 4 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

**Experience**:

- Computer skills: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
