Job Summary:

**Duties**:

- Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that meet the educational needs of students.
- Utilize learning technology to enhance classroom lessons and student engagement.
- Communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues.
- Provide support to students with special education needs.
- Maintain a well-managed and organized classroom conducive to learning.
- Collaborate with other teachers on curriculum development and school-wide initiatives.
- Monitor student progress and adjust teaching strategies as necessary.
- Conduct assessments to evaluate student understanding and progress.
- Foster a safe and inclusive classroom environment for all students.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Math preferred, but Education or related field degrees considered (Master's degree preferred).
- State teaching certification.
- Proven experience working with students.
- Strong classroom management skills.
- Proficiency in lesson planning and curriculum development.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Knowledge of education administration practices.
- Ability to proofread and provide constructive feedback on student work.

Pay: $53,000.00 - $113,000.00 per year
