**Role Description**

Nova Dental Health is seeking a dedicated and passionate Dentist to join our team in the Acton/Boxborough, MA community. This practice uses state of the art technology. You'll be supported by a team of seasons business operators allowing you to focus all of your attention on patient care.

This full-time, on-site role involves providing comprehensive dental care, diagnosing and treating dental conditions, and educating patients on optimal oral health practices. You will be an integral part of a cohesive team of dental professionals, working together to deliver unparalleled patient care and achieve excellent clinical outcomes.

**Qualifications**
- Must have a DDS or DMD from an accredited school
- Proven experience as a Dentist, with a strong track record of delivering high-quality patient care.
- In-depth knowledge of dental procedures, oral health conditions, and best practices in dental care.
- Exceptional diagnostic and clinical skills, with a commitment to excellence.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, enabling effective patient education and team collaboration.

- Current valid dental license in the state of Massachusetts.

**Responsibilities**:

- Perform patient assessments and examinations to diagnose dental conditions and plan appropriate treatments.
- Provide general dentistry services such as fillings, extractions, and cleanings.
- Maintain accurate medical records and documentation following HIPAA regulations.
- Utilize advanced skills in prosthodontics, endodontics, and oral surgery as needed.
- Collaborate with dental team members to ensure efficient and quality patient care.
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements to deliver the best possible care to patients.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $180,000.00 - $360,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 16 - 40 per week
