**Responsibilities**:
The Contracts Administrator is responsible for facilitating the approval process of all contract documents from the pre-contract through post-signatures phases. Prepares and/or assists in the preparation of contract approval packages for submission to Administration and Legal Counsel. Manages a variety of contracts in accordance with company policies and procedures and applicable laws. Maintains Draft correspondence, prepares status reports and performs other duties such as filing, research as required, maintains and updates physical contract files for easy access to Senior Administrative Management. The Contracts Administrator works cooperatively with department managers, legal department, company executives and third party vendors to ensure that contracts are processed, executed and renewed in a timely fashion. Maintains and updates a Contract Log which reflects the status of facility’s contracts. Assist to improve and implement new processes and system to maximize the productivity and Administration of contracts. Ensures that all patient and appropriate other contracts are reviewed at least annually medical staff to comply with accreditation requirements. Works closely with IT Department to create, maintain and update an Electronic Contract database.

Education and Work Experience

**1. Proficient on the following Microsoft programs**: Word, Excel and Outlook.

2. Ability to multi-task and work under pressure in a fast paced environment.

3. Excellent customer service skills, strong work ethics, maintain a high level of confidentiality.

4. Detail oriented and Organized.

5. Ability to work well as part of a team or independently.

6. Associate Degree required. Bachelor’s degree preferred.

7. Must have at least 3 years of Contract Administration experience.

8. High proficiency in document management and database skills.
