Head Housekeeper

**Job Overview**:
**Duties**:

- Manage and supervise housekeeping staff
- Train new employees on cleaning procedures and safety protocols
- Ensure cleanliness and tidiness of all areas
- Inspect restrooms, lodges and common areas for cleanliness and maintenance issues
- Coordinate with other departments to meet guests' needs
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment
- Implement and enforce health and safety regulations

**Skills**:

- Previous experience in custodial, hotel, or hospitality industry as a supervisor required
- Proficiency in industrial cleaning techniques
- Knowledge of floor care procedures
- Strong housekeeping management skills
- Ability to lead and motivate a team
- Attention to detail and thoroughness in cleaning tasks
- Bilingual English/Spanish strongly preferred
- Must have a valid Driver's License

Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 40 per week
