Century Cabinets, Inc. is a manufacturer and supplier of quality cabinetry for use in single-family homes, apartments, condominiums, hotels, assisted living and medical facilities. We are seeking Cabinet Builders for our Lakeland, FL location. We offer competitive compensation and great benefits.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Assemble parts to produce a completed cabinet
- Install and repair hardware and components when necessary
- Trims & smooths parts to fit, using hand tools sandpaper
- The ability to read measurements, work or calculate numbers
- Use hand held tools, including but not limited to hand held pallet jacks, pneumatic staple guns, industrial hot glue guns, and power drills
- The ability to lift, bend, push, pull, and move materials up to 50 lbs. Must have a strong work ethic, focus on safety, and attention to detail
- The ability to stand or walk an entire shift
- Must be 18 years of age, have reliable transportation, and the ability to work overtime as needed

QUALIFICATIONS:

- Previous cabinet assembly experience preferred
- CNC machine operations experience preferred
- Previous experience working in a warehouse or manufacturing environment
- Previous experience in assembly or a production-oriented environment

**Experience**:

- Cabinet building: 1 year (preferred)
- CNC milling machine: 1 year (preferred)
- Assembly: 1 year (preferred)

License/Certification:

- Driver's License (required)
