The role is based in Round Rock, Texas location.

**What is the role?**
- Responsible for production at Round Rock facility
- Responsible for personnel, organizational structure, and performance at the Round Rock facility
- Responsible for meeting regulatory requirements at Round Rock facility
- Responsible for maintenance of Round Rock facility and equipment at the
- Responsible for the Round Rock facilities budget
- Expertise in production of fabricated and assembled equipment produced at Round Rock Facility
- Expertise in QC and safety procedures
- Expertise in materials control at Round Rock facility
- Performs all work in accordance with established company procedures

**Does this sound like you?**
- High School Diploma, Associate Degree preferred
- Experience in the Water Treatment industry
- 3-5 years as a shop supervisor and management experience
- 5 years of experience with various aspects of business such as safety, production, marketing, supply, and demand management
- Experience in metal manufacturing, plumbing, welding
- Outstanding communication, interpersonal and leadership skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Proactive problem solver
- Ability to make decisions requiring the use of multiple variables in complex non-standard situations
- Ability to read, analyze, and interpret complex industry related documents
- Ability to understand and both read, write and converse in English and at advanced level
- Must be able to communicate verbally and in writing on a technical Must have demonstrated interpersonal and customer relations skills
