Semiskilled Laborer

**THE POSITION**:

**DESCRIPTION OF WORK**:
Your position entails carrying out both light and heavy manual labor duties to uphold the functionality of Cowans Gap State Park Complex and its outdoor recreational spaces. Tasks may involve working independently on semi-skilled tasks or assisting a skilled worker.

**Work Schedule and Additional Information**:

- Seasonal Full-time employment without benefits. The season runs from approximately March until November at which the employee is placed on leave without pay.
- Shift hours and days vary due to operational need, with a 30-minute lunch
- Weekends, holidays and all shifts as needed at 37.5 hours per week

**REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, TRAINING & ELIGIBILITY**:
**QUALIFICATIONS**

**Minimum Experience and Training Requirements**:

- One year of experience in laboring work including the use of tools and equipment used in maintenance or construction; **or**:

- An equivalent combination of experience and training.

**Condition of Employment**:

- This position requires a possession of a valid PA non-commercial Class C driver’s license or equivalent.

**Other Requirements**:
