Sailing Instructor

Overview:
We are looking for someone who knows how to sail, loves it, loves to teach, but might not have taught sailing before. That's OK We will pay for your U.S. Sailing Certification and will mentor you.

**Duties**:

- Introduce young sailors to the basics with short group lessons.
- Teach developing sailors how to manage the boat on their own, especially Optis.
- If you have the skills, introduce advanced sailors to 420s.

**Skills**:

- Good teaching skills (we love teachers, even if you have never taught sailing).
- Sound knowledge of sailing
- Ability to drive a motorboat or willingness to learn (we will get you licensed)
- Organizational skills to manage lesson plans and student records

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $24.00 - $27.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 per week
