Job Title: Server

Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Server to join our team. As a Server, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, taking food and drink orders, and ensuring guest satisfaction. Your role will involve working closely with the kitchen staff, using POS systems, and upselling menu items to enhance the dining experience.

**Duties**:

- Greet and seat customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Take food and beverage orders accurately
- Deliver orders promptly and ensure accuracy
- Upsell menu items and beverages to increase sales
- Provide recommendations and answer questions about menu items
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly
- Process payments using POS systems
- Adhere to food safety regulations and proper food handling procedures

**Experience**:

- Previous experience in customer service, preferably in a hospitality or restaurant setting
- Familiarity with POS systems and handling cash transactions
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude
- Knowledge of Aloha POS system is a plus

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $18.05 - $21.74 per hour

Expected hours: 24 per week
