Chery Group is a US distributor of globally recognized heavy equipment and industrial products.
We are a growing and dynamic company with two distinct business divisions: Chery Equipment Group, specializing in the sales and rental of heavy equipment and tools, and Chery Industrial, offering a wide range of industrial products.
**Job description**:
- Collaborate with the sales team to prepare sales reports.
- Process sales orders and ensure accurate and timely pickups.
- Provide administrative support to the sales team: data entry, filing, and maintaining sales records.
- Communicate with our five warehouses and customers to facilitate smooth operations.
- Assist in resolving customer issues or concerns, working closely with the sales team to address challenges.
- Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure product availability for customers.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, or related field.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential for interacting with customers and internal teams.
- Proficiency in using sales and enterprise resource planning (ERP) software, as well as basic knowledge of Microsoft Suite (Python is a plus)
- Ability to manage tasks, prioritize responsibilities, and maintain attention to detail.
- A customer-centric approach with a focus on providing excellent service to customers.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and business needs.
**Salary**:$20.00 - $22.00 per hour
Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
