**Minimum Eligibility Requirements**
- Minimum of One (1) year of interior design experience
- Knowledge in flooring
- Degree in Design is a plus
- Knowledge of hard surface flooring is a plus
- Proficient in basic mathematical skills
- Must be self-motivated and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer knowledge, including Microsoft Office suite

**Essential Functions**

Employees primary responsibility will be:
**sell complete flooring jobs, functional and aesthetically appealing solutions**
- This is a retail store position we sell a wide variety of flooring options

1. (Flooring brands) like Shaw, Mohawk, Karastan, Masland, Couristan, dream weaver, various tile companies and other specialty flooring
- Greet store customers in a helpful manner and supports store flooring walk-in needs
- Schedule, appointments for existing and potential customers, while developing clientele through networking and referrals, as well as leads generated within the store
- Providing tile, wood, carpet, LVP, and more.
- accessories advice to homeowners, interior designers, and builders for both residential and commercial projects.
- Collaborate, partner and communicate with store leadership and employees to manage projects from inquiry to installation, and achieve sales and other goals
- Enthusiastically support all company initiatives and goals by modeling and coaching best practices with store employees
- Engage in current and emerging design trends in your market

Employee shall perform such other duties as are customarily performed by other persons in similar positions, including other duties as may arise from time to time and as may be assigned.

**Working Conditions (travel, hours, environment)**
- Limited travel may be required by car
- No work required on Sundays


Pay: $19.50 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
