Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and experienced Transport Driver to join our team. As a Transport Driver, you will be responsible for safely and efficiently transporting passengers or goods to their destinations. This is a vital role that requires excellent driving skills, strong communication abilities, and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.

**Duties**:

- Operate a variety of vehicles including paratransit vans
- Safely transport passengers
- Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations
- Maintain cleanliness and perform routine inspections of the vehicle
- Assist passengers with boarding and disembarking as needed
- Communicate effectively with passengers to ensure a comfortable and safe journey
- Handle any passenger inquiries or concerns in a professional manner
- Complete necessary paperwork or documentation related to each trip
- Communicate effectively with dispatch on route

Qualifications:

- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Previuos driving experience preferred but not necessarily
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work independently and follow directions
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
