We offer a supportive and professional environment where our team members can thrive and make a real difference in the lives of our clients.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Obtain necessary information in referral packets for admission to treatment.
- Verify patient insurance and benefits.
- Call potential clients and complete screening forms prior to admission.
- Set intake dates and times.
- Coordinate follow-up care with outpatient clinics.
- Read through referring documents to confirm eligibility for residential treatment.
- Coordinate with intake coordinators for any incoming intakes.

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.
- Prior experience in the behavioral health setting, with familiarity in substance use and mental health disorders.
- Experience in a Severe Mental Illness (SMI) clinic preferred.
- Must be detail-oriented and able to work independently.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Must be 21 years of age or older.
- Valid driver's license.
- Level 1 fingerprint clearance card.
- First Aid and CPR certification.
- TB test within the last year.

Pay: $40,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
