**_Job Objective:_**:
The Community Engagement Outreach Coordinator guides initiatives, and projects with other not-for-profit agencies to ensure support and success. Identifies and cultivates community impact opportunities and connects the appropriate Goodwill programs to other not-for-profit partners. This position reports to the Vice President of Community Engagement, who evaluates performance annually.

**_ Essential Job Functions:_**:

- Oversight of projects and subsequent working relationships with other not for profit agencies.
- Project management of Goodwill initiatives which collaborate with external not for profit partners and agencies.
- Build working relationships within Goodwill teams and external not for profit teams.
- Works with other departments to prepare reports as necessary.
- Serves as a part of the Community Engagement team to establish a strong development volunteer network composed of community and philanthropic leaders.
- Supports fund raising strategies and methods and activities to ensure proper acknowledgement, recognition, and stewardship of donors.
- Provides periodic reports to senior leadership on the effectiveness and impact of initiatives.
- Participates in professional development organizations, committees, boards, and meetings as directed by the Vice President of Community Engagement.
- Supports other departments within the organization on special projects and other duties as assigned by the Vice President of Community Engagement.
- Build and sustain a long
- term community development program.
- Create a positive working environment with foundations and corporations.
- Create a positive public image for the organization.
- Meet deadlines for special events and projects.
- Interact professionally and cooperatively, exhibiting a high degree of dependability.

**_ Required Education and Skills: _**:

- High school diploma or ability to obtain via the Excel Center.
- Two years of sales experience in a referral driven organization.
- Ability to engage with prospects and listen for sales cues.
- Proficient with use of Microsoft Office Suite products.
- Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug screen.
- Must have reliable transportation, a current driver's license, and provide proof of insurance to travel to different job sites.

**_ Qualifications: _**:

- Authorized to work in the United States.
- Flexible availability.
- Able to frequently bend, twist, reach above shoulder level, push and pull, crouch or stoop, kneel, repetitively use feet, and use head and neck in a twisting or static motion and to look up and/or down, and lift and/or move up to 50 lbs.
