Barista/server

Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Barista/Server to join our team. As a Barista/Server, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and creating a positive and enjoyable experience for our guests. If you have a passion creating coffee drinks/serving guests and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we would love to hear from you.

**Duties**:

- Prepare and serve beverages such as coffee, teas and non-alcoholic beverages to customers
- Take customer orders and provide recommendations on drink/food selections
- Maintain a clean and organized restaurant area throughout entire shift and before departure of shift
- Collect payment from customers and process transactions accurately
- Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner and excellent customer service
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Assist with restocking your area during and after shifts
- Collaborate with other staff members to ensure efficient service
- Bake goods such as cookies, brownies, baklava and more during shifts and before shift ends to ensure theres enough for the next shift

**Skills**:

- On time for shifts
- Proficiency in using POS systems and cash registers
- Knowledge of restaurant operations
- Excellent barista/serving skills
- Ability to handle food safely and follow food safety guidelines
- Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to engage with guests in a positive manner

Pay: $18.00 - $26.00 per hour
