We're currently seeking a seasoned Business Development Center Manager to lead our dynamic team towards achieving exceptional business growth and customer satisfaction.

As the BDC Manager at Auto Expo, you will lead our Business Development Center, guiding the team to excel in customer communications, lead management, and sales performance. Your role involves strategizing, implementing, and overseeing all BDC activities to ensure the achievement of our business objectives at the highest level.

**Responsibilities**:

- Lead and manage the BDC team, ensuring high levels of productivity and exceptional customer service.
- Develop and implement strategies for lead generation, follow-up, and conversion to drive sales growth.
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics, making data-driven decisions to optimize operations.
- Collaborate with sales and service departments to ensure a seamless customer experience and effective lead transition.
- Manage customer complaints and resolve issues promptly to maintain the dealership’s reputation.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a BDC Manager or similar role in the automotive industry.
- Strong understanding of sales processes and CRM software.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.

Pay: Up to $100,000.00 per year
