**Position Title**:
.Net Developer (w/ SharePoint administration)

**The Position**:

- Makpar has an exciting opportunity for a.Net Developer to assist in the development and management of public-facing websites and reporting databases for our client. This role is integral to maintaining smooth daily operations and optimizing our modernized solution, including input forms, reports, and search functions. **In this role you will be on site at the Washington DC office between 2 to 4 times per week.**

**Role Specific Duties**:

- Configure and manage the SharePoint environment, including the setup of SharePoint platforms, document libraries, shared storage space, and backup procedures.
- Collaborate with the team to build, test, deploy, and maintain highly scalable web-based services using ASP.NET technology.
- Work closely with business analysts to analyze business requirements, design solutions, and document them. Engage with stakeholders and end-users to gather and analyze requirements effectively.
- Possess knowledge of Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipelines and the ability to deploy services to the customer development environment.

**Required Qualifications**:

- 1+ year of professional software development experience.
- Web development experience from concept to UI and back-end implementation.
- 1+ year of in-depth working knowledge of ASP.NET Core using C#.NET, HTML5, CSS, MS SQL Server, and Identity.
- 1+ year of experience with Agile methodology and eXtreme Programming best practices such as Test-Driven Development (TDD), CI/CD, and pair programming.
- 1+ years of experience in Microsoft SQL and SSRS (SQL Server Rep
- 1+ year of experience in SharePoint administration is a plus.
- Experience or knowledge of Microsoft Azure DevOps Server.
- Demonstrated knowledge and experience with Microsoft Windows Server and IIS management is a plus.
- Experience or knowledge of building interfaces in compliance with Section 508, Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG), and Web Accessibility Initiative - Accessible Rich Internet Applications (WAI-ARIA) standards.
- Experience with a distributed version control system like GIT and SVN.
- Familiarity with Continuous Integration and experience with Azure DevOps Server for automated builds.
- Excellent communication skills.
