Accountant or Bookkeeper/real Estate Analyst

**Real Estate Investment Company searching for Accountant or Bookkeeper/Real Estate Analyst. This position allows working from home and a flexible schedule.**

**YOU MUST LIVE IN THE CAPITAL REGION OR MID-HUDSON VALLEY TO BE CONSIDERED FOR THIS OPENING.**

Andover Property Partners is a privately owned real estate investment company that is growing our portfolio in this region right now. Due to this continuing growth, we are currently in need of an Accountant or Bookkeeper/Real Estate Analyst.

The individual filling this position will be afforded a flexible work schedule and to work from home.

The responsibilities of this position include maintaining the company’s books and records. Specifically, that includes recording income, verifying the accuracy of invoices and making payments, completing precise tenant statements, and the like.

On occasion travel will be required as we will be attending a number of conferences throughout the U.S. and conduct face to face meetings with equity investors.

Applicants MUST possess the following:
2) Professional Accounting or Bookkeeping Experience

3) Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Word

4) Attention to details and thoroughness

5) Impeccable record keeping

6) A positive attitude and being a pleasant co-worker to the other staff

The initial compensation for this position will be $25/hour The professional selected for this role will also receive a performance based annual bonus.

About our company; we are currently acquiring apartment buildings with 25-100 apartments in the Mid-Hudson Valley and Capital Regions with a purchase price between $2.5MM-$40MM. We are on track to own hundreds of apartments in the next several years.
