Next Generation Mobile Networks Industry Specialist

We are seeking a highly knowledgeable and experienced Subject Matter Expert (SME) for a series of Reverse Trade Missions (RTM) focused on Digital Connectivity Technologies in Latin America and the Caribbean. The SME will play a critical role in shaping the content and execution of trade missions aimed at enhancing digital infrastructure and cybersecurity across the region.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Preparation and Planning**:

- Collaborate with our team to develop detailed itineraries and delegate handbooks for RTM delegates.
- Ensure all materials accurately reflect the objectives and technical specifics of each RTM.
- **On-Site Leadership**:

- Accompany the RTM delegation throughout the events, providing expert insights and facilitating discussions.
- Lead Business Briefings and present technical content related to Next Generation Mobile Networks and Broadband Connectivity.
- **Stakeholder Engagement**:

- Facilitate and encourage discussions among delegates regarding future procurement opportunities and technological implementations.
- Assist in responding to inquiries and providing detailed explanations on technologies such as 4G/5G networks, private wireless networks, satellite and terrestrial connectivity, and cybersecurity measures.
- **Post-Mission Support**:

- Coordinate follow-up activities including the distribution of information such as catalogs, brochures, and regulatory requirements identified during missions.

**Qualifications**:

- At least 10 years of experience in digital connectivity technologies, with a deep understanding of the specific needs and challenges in Latin America and the Caribbean.
- Proven experience in planning and executing trade missions or similar high-level delegation events.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with an international audience.
- Fluent in English and Spanish preferred.

**Assignment Duration**:

- 20 days per RTM, with potential extensions based on project requirements and performance.

**Job Type**: Temporary

Pay: $65.00 - $85.00 per hour

Compensation package:

- 1099 contract
