Front Office Receptionist

**Transitioning to remote position but will require 1-2 weeks of In office training **Responsibilities:

- Manage and oversee daily office operations
- Social Media Content Creating 1-2 hours per day ( scheduling posting on Instagram, Facebook, Linked In)for a given month Training Will be available.
- Coordinate and schedule appointments, meetings, and events
- Maintain office supplies and equipment inventory
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence
- Manage filing systems and ensure documents are organized and easily accessible
- Provide administrative support to staff members
- Serve as the main point of contact for visitors and clients
- Assist with event planning and coordination
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

**Skills**:

- Proficient in file management and organization
- Experience with Square or other accounting software
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent team management and leadership skills
- Ability to perform clerical and administrative tasks efficiently
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in work
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Experience in front desk reception or customer service roles is a plus
- Knowledge of medical office management is a plus
