Pour relever le défi de l'international, le MSC France s'appuie sur les compétences de ses collaborateurs, en garantissant à chacun une montée en compétence sur le périmètre international (Anglais, communication, accompagnement du client, technique) permanente.

Dans un contexte où les marchés sont en plein bouleversement, nous devons démontrer notre capacité à avoir davantage d’agilité pour répondre aux enjeux de nos clients Grand Compte (DGC) et Haut de Marché de la Direction Entreprise France (DEF).

Dans ce cadre et rattaché(e) au Responsable des équipes en charge des activités suivantes:

- En Avant-Vente : Etudes d’éligibilités des clients français Grand Comptes pour les sites France / International
- En Build : Qualification commerciale et technique des commandes de nos clients français Grands Comptes
- Saisie des commandes dans les SI France / International
- Pilotage de déploiements (productions) France / l’International

Au sein de l’équipe Pilotage, vous serez amené(e) à:

- Piloter tout ou partie des déploiements (Processus - Order to Bill) France vers l’International de concert avec le chef de projet ou en interface directe avec le client
- Veiller au respect de nos engagements en vous assurant que la date de mise en service initiale / portail d’exploitation sont conformes aux attendus du client Gérer des crises client (en lien avec des aléas en cours de déploiement)

- Capacité à travailler en mode transversal et à animer des chantiers pour l’amélioration de la boucle qualité
- Capacité à bien communiquer en sachant faire preuve d’assertivité, de force de conviction
- Orienté(e) (satisfaction) client et résultats, pour identifier les bons chemins à suivre Capacité à gérer des situations de criseavec sérénité et maitrise de son stress
