**Summary**:
**Responsibilities**:
**Essential Job Functions**:

- Collaborate with system architects and engineers to design and implement system-level software components, including device drivers, firmware, and operating system kernels.
- Design and develop device drivers for hardware components, ensuring compatibility, reliability, and performance across different operating systems and platforms.
- Contribute to the development of operating system kernels and system libraries, implementing core functionalities and system services.
- Develop software for embedded systems, IoT devices, and real-time operating systems, optimizing code for resource-constrained environments and ensuring real-time responsiveness.
- Debug and troubleshoot system-level software issues, analyzing system logs, and performance metrics to identify and resolve technical problems.
- Work in a fast-paced development environment.
- Participate in team development and provide technical advice/implementation.
- Meet delivery timelines with attention to detail to ensure delivery of responsive solutions.

Qualifications:
**Necessary Skills and Knowledge**:

- Cloud migration knowledge.
- Kubernetes/container knowledge is a plus.
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal.
- Able to work without direct supervision.
- Excellent communication skills.

**Minimum Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, or other relevant discipline OR equivalent years of experience.
- Minimum 4 years of SharePoint development experience.
- Minimum of 1 year working in an agile software development environment.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Demonstrated experience transitioning an agency or customer from SharePoint to Microsoft 365 or another software platform.
- JSON, Restful, Amazon Web Services/MS Azure experience.
- Working understanding of agile processes.
