**Responsibilities**:
Palm Point is looking for an experienced **Buildings and Grounds Maintenance Technician**.

Palm Point Behavioral Health is a 74-bed behavioral health hospital is located in Titusville, Florida minutes from Cape Canaveral. **Qualifications**
- Working knowledge of interior repair, lighting, electrical, HVAC systems, plumbing, good trouble shooting skills.
- Receiving and responding to reports of mechanical or maintenance issues on their premises
- Maintaining the fire, carbon monoxide, smoke, and other safety systems within the structure
- Exterior mainteance experience.
- Experience working in a psychiatric inpatient setting but not required.
- Some computer skills required.
