Medical Assistant - ACCESS Southwest - Bilingual (English & Spanish) Required

**How You Will Make an Impact**:

- Work in collaboration with a skilled care team that includes dedicated providers, benefits specialists, front desk receptionists, behavioral health consultants and others to provide quality health services and resources to meet our patients’ needs.
- Assist providers with onsite procedures.
- Take vital signs, perform phlebotomy, and administer medications/vaccines directly to patients.
- Assist patients by responding to questions, returning calls, scheduling appointments, and reviewing medical records.
- Continue to grow your knowledge base through extensive clinical training and technical training with Epic, one of the leading Electronic Medical Record Systems globally.

**What You Will Need to Be Successful**:

- High School diploma or equivalent from an accredited entity
- Medical Assistant diploma from an accredited program
- CPR certification only through the American Heart Association or Red Cross with the skills portion through in-person learning.
- Minimum of one (1) year experience or clinical externship
- Basic proficiency with EMR (Epic preferred)
