Join our vibrant real estate team and contribute to the creation of visually striking marketing materials. We are seeking a creative and meticulous Graphic Designer to turn our marketing vision into reality, ensuring all materials are aesthetically aligned and delivered promptly. This is an in-office position.

**Compensation**:
$75,000

**Responsibilities**:

- Work closely with the team leader and marketing manager to understand project requirements and deliverables.
- Follow a strict marketing calendar and ensure all deadlines are met without compromising quality.
- Promptly and accurately implement feedback from team members and stakeholders.
- Manage and prioritize multiple design projects simultaneously to ensure timely delivery.
- Use basic video editing skills to produce engaging multimedia content.
- Perform basic website editing on platforms like WordPress and AgentImage.
- Ensure all designs are consistent with our brand guidelines and reflect our aesthetic.
- Stay current with the latest design trends and techniques.

**Qualifications**:

- Demonstrated experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably within real estate or a related field.
- Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Basic video editing skills using tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and the types of content that perform well on each.
- Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to meet tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Capability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in advanced design tools; should not rely solely on Canva.
- Experience in web design.
