**THE Mexicano** is looking for an experienced, highly motivated, and energetic Barback. We are a scratch kitchen and craft cocktail Mexican restaurant concept. If you want to work in a fun environment, we are looking for an applicant for our high-volume and fast-paced restaurant. We need experienced bartenders who are committed to quality service, high standards, and have a "can-do" attitude.

**Qualifications**:

- A passionate, service-minded individual who is inspired to provide service and perform at the highest level.
- Should have at least 1 year of barback experience in a high-volume restaurant.
- Should have excellent communication skills, and have the desire to work as part of a team.
- Must have a current Food Handler's Card or are able to obtain it upon hire.
- Title 4 Alcohol Certificate for Servers & Bartenders.
- Aloha experience a plus.
- The Mexicano has a chef-driven menu, experiential food and cocktail carts, rotating DJs featuring Latin music and the country's first ever build-your own Margarita bar
