Experienced Physical Therapy Receptionist

We are looking to hire an Experienced Physical Therapy Receptionist to join our team
- We are seeking a friendly, reliable, detail oriented, energetic individual who will be first point of contact for patients.
- In this role you will be handling the day-to-day administrative operations while also making a lasting impression on our patients and team.
- Responsibilities include greeting and checking in patients, answering phones, taking payments, running reports, scheduling appointments, and providing general administrative support.
- Other responsibilities include:

- Assisting patients with completing necessary forms and documentation.
- Keeping a clean and calm reception area.
- Using EMR system to maintain accurate data for verifications, authorizations and billing.
- Processing Medical Records requests.
- Faxing, scanning, filing, and mailing documentation.
- Assisting in monitoring and ordering stationery and clinical supplies.
- Maintaining information confidentiality at all times.

**What You Will Need**
- Proven exceptional customer service and patient care experience
- Experience making and maintaining patient schedules
- Ability to self-motivate with the drive to exceed patient expectations
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while consistently maintaining a positive attitude
- At least 1 year administrative/office experience in medical field
- Strong oral and written skills and ability to work well under pressure
- Ability to adapt and be flexible with changes in workload
- Previous experience with EMR preferred.

Pay: From $16-$18 per hour depending on experience

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday, days TBD
- **Must be able to work Saturdays**

Pay: From $16.00 per hour
