**Customer Care Service Rep**

**Monday-Friday, 7:30AM-4:00PM or 7:00AM-3:30PM**

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Care Service Representative to join our team

**ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Responsible for the delivery of excellent customer service/care to all builders, homeowners and internal team members.
- Responsible for problem solving, utilizing expertise, research, and appropriate parties to quickly resolve issues.
- Responsible to follow service items through to completion, working with appropriate parties to quickly resolve issues that may delay timely completion, presenting solutions that are acceptable to all parties.
- Utilize expertise to recognize different wood species, door styles by sight and by name. Uses appropriate abbreviations in production descriptions for products and accessories to facilitate service issues and requests.
- Responsible for the research and scheduling of service and/or warranty requests. Coordinates with Field Operations or other company teams to ensure resolution and successful completion.
- Responsible for customer service to builders, answering inquiries, problems solving and ensuring customer satisfaction with every interaction. Responsible for ensuring builders are educated and informed of all options available and any changes that would impact their understanding of products, timelines and installation.

**KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIREMENTS**
- Knowledge of excellent customer service practices.
- Knowledge of databases and data entry.
- Knowledge of computer software appropriate to the assignment, such as Word, Excel and Outlook.
- Cabinet Knowledge a plus.
- Ability to work independently.
- Skill in the use of logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions or approaches.

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.00 per week
