Pay: $18-$23/hour based on experience

Full Job Description:
We are a family-owned small equipment sales and repairs shop serving the Brunswick area since the 1960s. This position is for a customer service and sales associate. You will work with customers both in-person and over the phone, relaying repair information as well as selling parts and new equipment. You will work closely with our repair team, communicating the customer’s needs and requests. Knowledge of 2- and 4-cycle engines and related equipment including lawn mowers, chain saws, tractors, and portable generators is a plus Honesty and integrity are an important part of our service to our customers.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide a warm and welcoming experience to all customers
- Answer incoming calls and make outgoing calls to customers
- Handle cash, check, and credit card transactions
- Assist customers with loading and unloading equipment (some lifting required)
- Work with computerized inventory and repair programs
- Use digital and print resources for parts look-up
- Sell equipment and parts to customers
- Maintain a clean and orderly show room including your work area
- Attend product training and sales seminars as directed by management

**Skills**:

- Strong communication skills maintaining respect and courtesy to all customers
- Typing and computer literacy
- Knowledge of products (Ariens /Gravely, Husqvarna, Kohler, BCS, etc.)
- High School diploma or equivalent

**Benefits**:

Pay: $18.00 - $23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 34 - 40 per week
