The purpose of the Program Supervisor is to oversee the Mental Health care program and Behavioral Health Home care program with a census from 60-100 patients.

**Requirements**:
Masters Degree

Takes direction well, but also a self starter

Able to manager others

Positive and uplifting for team morale

Redirect situations when conflict escalates

Holidays as needed

Must be able to do intakes

Will be working with MH adult demographic (not SUD)

General knowledge of substance use and and mental health disorders

**Responsibilities**
- Complete intake process on new clients and orientation procedures and schedules.
- De-escalates AMA and other client problems.
- Participate in all staff meetings as scheduled.
- Provides liaison with staff and other tech to ensure that all clients needs are be met.
- Supervision of other staff.
- Supervise clients completing the Program with emphasis on client safety and well being.
- Remind clients of program rules and regulations as necessary and report infractions appropriately.
- Provide emotional support for clients while referring them to therapy staff to deal with clinical issues.
- Complete all assigned paperwork in a neat, accurate and timely manner.
- Communicate with other staff as necessary to promote quality client care.
- Interact appropriately with clients, showing them respect while maintaining boundaries.
- Maintain professional demeanor at all times.
- Follows all company policies and procedures.
- Performs other duties assigned.

Pay: $53,000 -$60,000 annually

Schedule: Full-time

Location: Egg Harbor, NJ

Pay: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
