Responsibilities:
- Perform repairs and maintenance on a variety of swimming pool equipment.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with equipment to determine the root cause of the problem
- Repair or replace defective parts using hand tools and power tools
- Test repaired appliances to ensure they are functioning properly before returning them to customers
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer concerns and answering any questions they may have
- Maintain accurate records of all repairs and services performed
**Experience**:
- Previous experience as an appliance technician or in a similar role is preferred
- Knowledge of mechanical systems and how equipment works
- Familiarity with a wide range of equipment and their common issues
- Ability to use hand tools and power tools effectively
- Strong problem-solving skills to diagnose and troubleshoot equipment problems
- Excellent communication skills to interact with customers in a professional manner
Please note that experience in pool cleaning or pool maintenance is required for this position.
Pay: $17.00 - $28.00 per hour
Expected hours: 36 - 40 per week
