The Director Marketing & Communications organizes and directs the marketing, internal and external
communications, community relations, media relations, digital media strategy and advertising to develop and build
consumer preference and demand for a ScionHealth market. Including responsibility for evaluating, planning, and
executing comprehensive marketing and communications programs that supports and advances our mission of

**Qualifications**

Minimum education

Bachelor’s degree in Communications/Marketing or related field

Minimum Work Experience
- 7+ years of experience in corporate or healthcare communications or equivalent required, with proven track

record of delivering results, preferably in a hospital setting.

**Required Skills**:

- Effective management and communication skills; both orally and written
- Ability to effectively present information to top management and external audiences
- Experience with emerging marketing tools preferred
- Ability to exercise judgement in setting priorities
