As a Barge Crew Member at Summerset Marine, you will play a crucial role in the manufacturing and installation of high-end, custom-made piers. This is a year-round position, offering stability and growth opportunities in the construction industry.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Manufacturing and Installation**: Assist in the manufacturing process of custom-made piers and actively participate in the installation of piers on-site.
- **Loading and Unloading**: Handle the unloading of materials and equipment onto barges for transportation to installation sites.
- **Physical Requirements**: Ability to lift a minimum of 70 pounds is essential for this role. The nature of the work may involve strenuous physical activity.
- **Safety Compliance**: Adhere to all safety guidelines and protocols to ensure a secure working environment. Maintain awareness of safety hazards and report any incidents promptly.
- **Background Check**: Successfully pass a background check as part of the employment screening process.
- **Driver's License**: Possess a valid driver's license, as there may be a requirement to transport equipment or materials to and from job sites.
