We are looking for a Associate responsible for Customer Service, Packing, Processing UPS & USPS packages for our customers.

**Responsibilities**
- Assess customers needs and provide assistance and information on their shipping needs.
- Provide customers with their Printing services
- Welcome customers to the store and answer their queries
- Maintain in-stock and presentable condition assigned areas
- Remain knowledgeable on products offered and discuss available options
- Process POS (point of sale) purchases
- Team up with co-workers to ensure proper customer service
- Build productive trust relationships with customers

**Skills**
- Proven work experience as a Retail Sales associate
- Basic Math skills
- Hands-on experience with POS transactions
- Familiarity with shipping procedures
- A friendly and energetic personality with customer service focus
- Ability to perform under pressure and address complaints in a timely manner
- Availability to work flexible shifts & weekends
- Computer skills

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From $11.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 40 per week
