**Duties**:
Airport wheelchair agents, also known as Passenger Service Assistants (PSA's), assist airline passengers in wheelchairs along with providing assistance to passengers with other disabilities (hearing impaired, visually impaired, etc.). These agents assist travelers needing special assistance on their arriving, departing, and connecting flights. Agents also provide en route restroom and restaurant stops, assist with luggage, and assist passengers to pet relief areas if needed. Lastly, wheelchair agents may be required to transfer passengers on and off aircraft utilizing an aisle chair.

**Early AM, mid-shift, PM-closing & overnight shifts available, both part & full time**

**Qualifications**:

- Applicants must have a valid drivers license or state ID and be able to pass a federal background check
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Must be able to physically perform required work, including; lifting (luggage & passengers when performing aisle chair transfers), standing & walking for extended periods of time
- Professional appearance
- Customer service skills
- Dependable, self motivated and responsible
- Ability to work a flexible, rotating schedule, including nights, early mornings, and weekends
