Youth Care Clinician

This is a full-time on-site position based in Providence, RI for a Youth Care Clinician. The Youth Care Clinician will be responsible for developing individual treatment plans, providing therapeutic counseling to children and families, conducting individual and group therapy sessions, and ensuring that clients receive appropriate clinical care. The Youth Care Clinician will work closely with a team of professionals, including social workers, educators, and medical experts, to help children and families overcome behavioral, emotional, and mental health challenges.

**Qualifications**
- A Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution
- Current clinical licensure (LICSW, LMHC, LCSW, or equivalent) in the state of Rhode Island
- A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in clinical practice, ideally with children and families with diverse needs and backgrounds
- Demonstrated ability to develop and implement individual treatment plans and provide effective therapeutic interventions
- Excellent communication skills, including the ability to communicate complex clinical information to non-clinical colleagues and stakeholders
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to effectively manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Familiar with Microsoft Office and electronic health record software
- Commitment to working collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team, including social workers, educators, and medical experts, to provide comprehensive and holistic care to clients
- Ability to work flexibility and adapt to changing client and organizational needs
- Experience working with trauma-impacted youth and/or with youth involved in the child welfare system is a plus
- Bilingual fluency in Spanish and English is a plus

Pay: $48,000.00 - $56,000.00 per year
