**Responsibilities**:

- Perform high-quality repairs and maintenance on Mazda vehicles.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot vehicle issues using advanced diagnostic equipment.
- Provide exceptional customer service by communicating clearly and effectively with customers.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest Mazda technical training and certifications.
- Mentor and train junior technicians and apprentices.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and standards.

**Qualifications**:

- ASE Master Mazda Technician certification required.
- At least 5 years of experience as an automotive technician, with specific experience in Mazda vehicles preferred.
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work well in a team environment.
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
