Claims Clerk

This position will provide customer service to claimants and provide clerical support to the Adjusters.

The responsibilities of the position include:

- Answer phones and provide customer service, including loss reports, coverage information and assisting Adjuster with remedial claims questions
- Data entry including loss report information and processing of Adjuster’s instructions
- Assisting Adjusters with ordering police reports, answering questions and typing
- Other miscellaneous duties assigned

Job Qualifications:

- High school diploma required
- Good telephone and typing skills
- Bilingual (Spanish/English)
