**Key Responsibilities**:

- **
- **Client Experience**:Manage the escrow process from start to finish, ensuring a seamless and stress-free experience for our clients. Provide clear communication and support to clients, addressing their concerns and answering their questions with patience and expertise.
- **Transaction Management**:Prepare escrow instructions, maintain accurate records, and oversee the timely completion of all escrow documents. Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements.
- **Collaboration**:Work closely with real estate agents, lenders, title companies, and other stakeholders to coordinate all aspects of the escrow process. Foster strong relationships through effective communication and teamwork.
- **Problem Solving**:Proactively identify and resolve any issues or discrepancies that may arise during the escrow process. Utilize your knowledge and resourcefulness to navigate challenges and provide solutions.
- **Company Culture**:Contribute to a positive work environment. Participate in team meetings, company events, and continuous improvement initiatives. Embrace our culture of integrity, respect, and innovation.

**Qualifications**
- Education:_
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience:_
- One to two years of supervisory experience preferred.
- Two to three years experience as a Junior Escrow Officer.
- Knowledge and Skills:_
- Strong personal computer skills.
- Position may require strong marketing and sales skills.
- Superior communication skills, both written and verbal, including presentation skills. Strong interpersonal and customer service skills. Able to work as a member in a team-oriented environment.
- Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks and projects concurrently under deadline pressure, with ability to occasionally work extra hours during peak times of the month.
- High degree of integrity, self-motivated, organized, detail oriented, and possesses a strong aptitude for figures. Effective analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Other (licenses, certifications, schedule flexibility/OT, travel, etc.):_
- Position will require approval from the Department of Insurance and/or Department of Financial Protection and Innovation (DFPI) and EAFC (Escrow Agents Fidelity Corporation).
- Notary Public preferred but not required

Pay: $56,448.92 - $150,000.00 per year
