Payroll Clerk

The Payroll Clerk position will be located at the Crestview, FL office. The Payroll Clerk will be responsible for performing a variety of clerical duties in the Payroll Department. This is an entry-level position, and no prior Payroll experience is required.

**Responsibilities**:

- Union Reporting and union research
- Payroll data entry
- Manage employee timekeeping information
- Perform entry level clerical duties and other duties as assigned.

**Qualifications**:

- High School Diploma/GED
- Ability to perform data entry and multi-task other responsibilities
- Excellent written communication, verbal communication and, listening skills
- Self-motivated to complete tasks in a timely manner
- Must be detail-oriented
- Excellent customer service skills
- Great attitude and the ability to adapt to change
- Able to use Microsoft Office, basic typing, and computer skills
- No experience required; training will be provided for this position

**Work Environment**:

- Work activities are normally performed in an environmentally controlled area.

**Physical Demands**:

- Must be able to have close visual acuity to perform an activity such as: preparing and analyzing data and figures; viewing a computer terminal; and requires very little lifting or moving of heavy objects or materials. May require sitting for long periods of time.
