Commercial Electrical Foreman

**Qualifications**:

- Experience managing and supervising field crew.
- Demonstrated ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple projects, including effective problem solving.
- At least (5) years of proven commercial experience.
- Must be able to read and interpret blueprints, project specifications, and submittals.
- Must be able to install electrical gear.
- Must be able to install complete lighting control systems.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, Bluebeam, etc.
- Strong experience in high-end office Fit outs.
- Must be able to pass background check.
- Bilingual in Spanish preferred.
- Valid driver’s license
- Journeyman license is a PLUS.

**Responsibilities**:

- Work closely with project manager.
- Generate two weeks look ahead, and daily reports.
- Must be able to do electrical layout.
- Timekeeping for onsite personnel and must submit a weekly timesheet for hours worked.
- Working closely with project superintendent and other trades,
- Oversee the assigned scope, including the management of material and manpower.
- Accountable for enforcing and promoting high quality and safety standards.
- Utilize technology such as company-provided iPad and smartphone to ensure the job gets done on time and exceeds customer expectations.
- Supervise, motivate employees working on designated scope.

The electrical foreman is a critical leadership role with a significant impact on the success of a project, ensuring that we maintain a high level of quality, safety and customer satisfaction. Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
