We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Manager to join our team. The Office Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the office. As a Behavioral Health Office Manager, your role is crucial in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the behavioral health practice. Your job duties may include:
2. **Staff Supervision**: Oversee the performance and productivity of office staff, including receptionists, medical billers, and administrative assistants. Provide guidance, support, and training as needed.

3. **Financial Management**: Handle billing and insurance claims processes, ensuring accurate and timely submission of claims. Monitor accounts receivable, track payments, and handle any billing inquiries or discrepancies.

4. **Facility Management**: Coordinate the maintenance and upkeep of the office facility, ensuring a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for patients and staff. Manage office supplies and equipment inventory.

5. **Compliance and Regulation**: Stay up-to-date with healthcare regulations, HIPAA compliance, and other legal requirements relevant to behavioral health practices. Ensure that the office operates in accordance with these regulations.

6. **Patient Relations**: Serve as a point of contact for patient inquiries, concerns, and complaints. Address patient needs promptly and professionally, maintaining a high level of customer service and patient satisfaction.

7. **Referral Management**: Coordinate referrals to other healthcare providers or specialists as needed, ensuring seamless transitions of care for patients.

8. **Quality Assurance**: Implement and maintain quality assurance processes to ensure the delivery of high-quality care and services. Monitor patient satisfaction, collect feedback, and identify areas for improvement.

9. **Communication and Coordination**: Facilitate communication and collaboration among staff members, healthcare providers, and external stakeholders. Ensure that information flows smoothly within the office and between different departments or agencies.

10. **Budgeting and Planning**: Assist in developing and managing the office budget, identifying cost-saving opportunities, and optimizing financial resources to support the goals of the behavioral health practice.

11. **Technology Management**: Oversee the implementation and utilization of electronic health record (EHR) systems and other technology platforms to streamline administrative processes and improve efficiency.

12. **Continuing Education**: Stay informed about developments in the field of behavioral health management, attend relevant workshops or training sessions, and encourage staff members to pursue professional development opportunities.

By effectively managing these responsibilities, you play a crucial role in supporting the delivery of high-quality behavioral health care and ensuring the success of the practice.

**Job Type**: Contract

Pay: $21.00 - $24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 35 per week
