This is a hybrid position, meaning you must come into our Grand Rapids office location Monday - Wednesday. We do not provide sponsorship for this opportunity, including OPT Student Visas.


**What You'll be Doing**:

- Responsible for providing analytical support for Merchandising & Marketing teams who are decisioning against complex problems.
- Collaborate and build strong strategic-partner relationships with business teams to develop winning customer-centered solutions.
- Create analytic approaches that leverage disparate data sources to identify business opportunities.
- Prepare and present materials that effectively communicate analysis and resulting recommendations.
- Operate within an IT Agile environment to enhance analytic capabilities that will improve business team effectiveness.

**What You Bring with You (Qualifications)**:

- Bachelor’s degree in data science, statistics, economics, or another quantitative field. Master’s degree preferred.
- 2-5 years business experience in analytics, preferably in a customer-facing industry that operates both in-store and online.
- Success working in a cross-functional team focused on topics such as business growth, promotions, customer engagement, and media.
- Strong work ethic with organizational, planning, and time management skills to handle multiple/competing projects.
- Comfort developing insight-based recommendations and presenting them to decision makers.
