A medical office in Flushing, Queens, is looking for several full-time or part-time receptionists.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

- Working with the physician to record patient medical history, symptoms, treatment plans and other medical notes
- Answering phones calls from patients or other provider offices
- Checking in/out patients
- Making and confirming appointments
- Verifying patient insurance eligibility and benefits
- Obtaining authorization from insurance companies
- Maintaining medical records

**Requirements**:

- Currently college student or with bachelor degree
- Detail oriented
- Strong communication skills
- Team player
- Motivated and professional
- Fluent in Chinese and English
- Medical knowledge/medical office working experience is a must
